I couldn’t think of two people more deserving of hearing the word SOLD on their brand new home. It was an absolutely pleasure being able to guide these two amazing souls through the home buying process on their very first home.From the start (viewing over 20+ homes), to choosing home finishes, and finally closing on their beautiful new build. My heart couldn’t be happier right now. JJ is the waste management driver for my neighborhood – and many in Wellington. He became close with my sister and her son who absolutely loved seeing the garbage truck. He would wake up every Thursday running to see JJ. JJ has the brightest smile and the most genuine heart. He has touched so many lives around this community + always goes above and beyond. It only goes to show the person he is. His wife Cristy has the same heart + joy and has worked so hard for this. From garbage man, to part of the fam. We met JJ in the most unlikely way and we soon became like family. Since then, we have become so close and have spent holidays, outings, and now this incredible life event together.
