Soooooo, my heart could officially burst right about now. Today, we closed on a home for a very special buyer. This was his very first home that he has worked for his entire life. Today, he made that dream come true and I can honestly say it is so so deserved.

I had the pleasure of helping Alex’s BIL, JJ and his wife, purchase their very first home a few years back. Fast forward to today, helping another family invest in real estate and begin a new journey. Alex told us from the beginning — all of the hard work, dedication, and patience finding a home in this market… all of it… was for his son.
