Melissa is one of my all time favorite photographers (@alittlestoryphotography – and trust me, I’m PICKY!). When she reached out to tell me she loved my style and has always wanted to hire me + SGH to help with her own home search and sale – I felt like my heart could explode.

It was definitely bittersweet for one of my fav families evaaaa as they said goodbye to their first home – the home they raised their three sweet boys in – with an amazing back yard, playroom area, and beyond. Now, as their family has grown, we’re on to bigger and better things!

Fun fact – the previous owner was a firefighter with my hubs. NO WONDER there is such an amazing tiki bar outside

112 Prado Street is officially SOLD… and for 30K OVER appraised value. Killin’ it SGH! Brandon and I worked tirelessly for a seamless transaction on this end. Having sellers transitioning to a new home requires tons of check ins to ensure both transactions are on track, lots of negotiations, and intricate scheduling for closings, walkthroughs, wire transfers, etc. 1 down, one to go Soto fam!
