We received multiple offers and were able to present them to our seller to help her make the best decision. Having the heart she has (such a sweet and amazing seller!!), she chose the offer that allowed the current tenants to stay in the home. The buyer, who owns the property next door (literally with a roof connecting), used funds from the sale of another investment to purchase this property. He will keep the tenants in place + make money every month with his new investment. Seems like a win, win – right?!
