This one has the coolest story — ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ As some of you know, we attend every showing as listing agents. A while back, I was showing one of my all time favorite homes to buyers and their agent they had just met. I was just being myself – telling them about different areas, why I love them, why I love this house, why I see value in these areas when it comes to investing in real estate. We seemed to hit it off. I turned off all the lights and locked up. Before I was even out of the driveway I received a phone call from an unknown number. I always (try) to pick up. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “Hey, it’s Jay and Christina. We just met you at your listing. We are working with the wrong realtor and we want you.” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Wow. What a testament to the hard work we put into showings and presenting homes as if they were our own (IYKYK). You have no idea how this made me feel. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I immediately called Brandon to tell him and we all jumped on a call to introduce them to SGH. The rest was history. We saw this beautiful home pop up and were ready to rock. Turns out, the sellers agent and sellers are firefighters and friends of my husband and I’s bestie. One quick plug later, we were able to shut down showings and secure this beauty for our buyers. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ No transaction is easy, and this one held a lot of clout with the closeness of the individuals involved – but, as always, we did it! Super stoked for all parties. And more importantly, so blessed and excited for the genuine relationship we have formed with our clients (who we now call friends) and can’t wait to see what’s in store. Cheers!
