Things to consider when looking at lots :
– lot size + location
– zoning + property setbacks
– road access + utilities
– HOAs + deed restrictions
– neighborhood attractions like walking trails, equestrian facilities, water access, etc.

If you were to build a house would you prefer a lot within a subdivision or something more private with acreage?
