Have I told you lately how much I appreciate + adore referrals? I don’t think there’s anything that makes me happier than knowing someone I know + love trusts me enough to refer me (or hire me). It’s just a feeling I won’t ever get over.

One of my great friends referred me to help their best friends who were moving due to an amazing job opportunity. She said “We know a lot of realtors, but I chose you because I know you will work hard for them and will make them happy. You work harder than anyone I know.” I’m definitely a people pleaser (sometimes to a fault), but in this case I’m DANG PROUD.

There was a ton of interest in this immaculate home – I’m not surprised. We were able to get under contract after just one day of showings. However, two days later the buyer was no longer able to purchase and it was put back on the market. With some leg work (I’m not talking squats here) we were able to and get it back under contract WITHIN HOURS – and for one of the highest price/sq foot sales in The Grand Isles.

I’m truly sad to have become friends as they were leaving (cue the wine nights – and boy do they know their wine), but I’m so excited for them and their new adventures. I truly think SGH knocked it out of the park on this one + lived up to my friends sweet words.
